We hired Miguel to play classical guitar for our wedding ceremony. He is a wonderful musician and a joy to work with! He provided several ideas and options for the music, and was in close contact leading up to the wedding to make sure plans were in place. He arrived to the church early and did a beautiful job - we received so many compliments on the music! We are so happy he was a part of our wedding day and highly recommend working with Miguel! —Kacie Ram

You made a very nice musical contribution to the Kirtan. It was old time revisited for me; very enjoyable

Dear Miguel,
I want to share with you how pleased my husband and I were having Acoustical Guitars provide the musical entertainment for our corporate Christmas party held in our home. You, as always, were a pleasure to work with. You were responsive to every phone call, every change in detail and dependable in every way. You understood exactly what type of music we were wanting and our guests were delighted throughout the night with both the entertainment and your group’s friendly interaction. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of your entertainment for my Christmas parties, and I would not hesitate to call you again!
Thank you Miguel, for the professional and fun way you and your group work so well together.
Kind Regards,
Kandace Hawkins
Michael Garza was kind enough to play his music for us at my mother's funeral. She was a vivacious, music loving person that loved Spanish guitar and Michael fit the bill perfectly. He was on time, played lovely background music all morning and then the classic Spanish style at the reception. I would strongly recommend Michael Garza for any of your parties or events.

From Hank Harrison’s Olmos Pharmacy email jam-session recap:
Set #3
For the third set, the rhythm section consisted of Polly, Chuck Moses (this time on electric bass) and drummer Chuck Glave with horn players Rich, Eddie, Martin, and Oliver.
First up was guitarist Michael Garza, who called the tune Blue Bossa composed in 1963 by bop trumpeter Kenny Dorham. (Dorham was born in Fairfield, Texas!)
Next up was bassist James Kelly...
...For the big finale, Polly Harrison and Michael Garza played a 7-string/nylon-string guitar duo version of Manha de Carnaval a tune written by guitarist Luis Bonfa for the 1959 film Orfeu Negro (If you haven't seen this groundbreaking film, rent it today!)
